In this episode we have Amy Hudson, who is now a keen cyclist after struggling for many years with an addiction to the gym and running, as a way of escaping. Amy qualified as a master practitioner for eating disorders back in 2019, after finishing University, and working for an Eating Disorder charity. Today we are going to go over Amy’s story, asking her a few questions regarding her journey.
