In this episode we have Suzanne Samaka! She founded the #HonestyAboutEditing campaign to change the law so digitally edited content (photoshop/filters etc) must be labelled so we all know what is real versus fake, to protect our body image and mental health.
Life has taught her that confidence and self-esteem are more important than she ever imagined they would be. Her passion is helping young people see how much of the online world is digitally edited, airbrushed and not real. The campaign aims to remind us that the way we look is not the most important thing about us and give a sense of transparency to the online world.”
